We had barely two days to recover from the FIM prize giving gala ceremony in Estoril before we
had Finland's independence day celebration 06.12.2010. Big party at the Presidential Palace in Helsinki was held and I was honoured to participate as Enduro World Champion. We had some more red carpet to walk but dress code was slightly different so tuxedos were changed to more serious longtail coats. Also Long Track World Champion Joonas Kylmäkorpi was invited so we
had good time together. After shaking hands with the President and her husband we moved upstairs where we toasted with the famous punch. Later delicious snacks made by master chefs were served downstairs and after coffee and dessert we joined dancing crowds at the ball room.
